Job Description:

The Senior Manager, US Compensation Strategy will be responsible for the development of strategy for HF US market's customer compensation program, its execution and its adherence via our delivery network. A successful candidate will have experience in data-driven decision making in consumer packaged goods both from a supply chain and customer experience perspective.

Your time will be spent analyzing trends in compensation for all business segments, brainstorming ideas on how to better impact customer experience while optimizing contra-revenue opportunities for the company.

Additionally, a successful candidate will also have the responsibility to lead other CX / retention related projects, as well as carrying a point of view on A/B test results (or any relevant other testing) and their impact to other functional business partners.

This position requires the ability to travel approximately 50% within the United States and internationally.

You will ...

• Own Compensation as % Gross Revenue and all accompanying metrics (or any other metrics the business deems relevant to customer care / retention) e.g., Compensation per Error / box, Non-Procedural Override Rate metrics, etc for CX team and effectively communicate impacts to the business
• Develop guardrails, systematic review process, and AB test for above metrics
• Partner with tech teams and prioritize tech solutions in order to further optimize the Compensation program (compensation locks, HF staging website, etc)
• Partner with operation teams (Logistics, Ingredients Excellence, OpEx, etc) and International Supply chain Analytics team to improved error pathways
• Partner with BPOs and Communications team to streamline Agent SOPs according to error pathways and compensation strategy
• Cultivate a high performing team by mentoring and developing analysts who support the compensation team
• Build a business insights system for the business, leveraging your management team and their respective teams to provide regular reports and recommendations
• Own our end to end compensation program
• Oversee and develop a comprehensive commercial strategy while partnering with outside functions
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement through effective project management, use of retrospectives and by identifying new capabilities and processes that drive efficiency and improve our cost basis

At a minimum, you have...

• Total of 6+ years of experience in analytics, engineering or consulting experience preferred
• BA/BS degree in business, supply chain or related discipline, CPM certification a plus, top-tier MBA program a plus
• A successful track record of value creation from data-driven insights in compensation and CX teams
• Vast knowledge and interest in operations and continuous improvement processes with demonstrated experience in spend analysis, dashboarding, and generating value through process improvement
• Strong quantitative and analytical experience (either through education or professional experience), including expertise with G-Suite, Excel, Tableau, and SQL
• Ability to travel approximately 50% within the United States and internationally as required
