THE COMPANY:

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be working with a company that connects job seekers to world-class industry mentorship and career coaching. Well known within their field of work, their aim is to fix the job search system.

THE ROLE:

As a Product Product Analyst, you will work across a variety of data engineering and analytics domains. In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct analysis, identify key program metrics, drive key technical decisions on data infrastructure, and coach other data contributors.

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Providing analysis and insights to support product design and business strategy decisions
• Creating reports by collaborating with internal partners to improve business
• Developing strategies to improve data quality
• Documenting, organizing, and improving internal analytics tooling

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Senior Product Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• 6+ years of experience, leveraging descriptive data techniques for a product or growth team
• Experience with tools such as SQL and Python
• Experience focused on feature and usage metrics
• An ability to design experiments and make recommendations based on findings
• An ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders
• An understanding of what connects data to business metrics

THE BENEFITS:

The successful Senior Product Analyst will receive a salary, dependent on experience between 145K and 155K.
