We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive end-to-end product execution and vision for our Workday and Workforce Planning products. This role will help develop new products, features, and initiatives and improve currently launched Workday functionality based on stakeholder priorities. We work alongside HR, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance & IT leaders and subject matter experts in supporting Zillow employee programs by delivering solutions that enable our processes and systems to operate at scale! In this role you will get to:
Lead roadmaps as related to Workday & Workforce Planning.
Identify new functionality in Workday that customers can use to solve current state problems and improve end to end experiences.
Collect and analyze quantitative cycle time data and qualitative user feedback information to define opportunity size and understand root cause of issues, that guides product planning and prioritization.
Recommend product features and technical improvements that help the functional group’s 3-year program and product roadmap.
Lead conversations to uncover the strongest solution design, weighing risks and benefits of third party tools and/or custom development.
Establish success metrics and ensure performance of products ensuring easy adoption and interoperability across the lines of business.
Who you are
4+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership, operating in an Agile development environment.
2-4 years experience driving product development within an HRIS (we use Workday).
2-4 years experience in product development with enterprise wide SaaS applications including 3rd party vendor relationship management and implementation of new 3rd party tools.
Solid understanding of HR and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems
