About the team

We work in lock-step with our engineering teams to build these experiences and manage our core technical portfolio, which includes custom-developed and third-party corporate applications.
About the role
We are seeking Sr. Product Managers to drive an end-to-end product vision for a variety of programs across Zillow. In joining Zillow, you will help deliver solutions that enable our processes and systems to operate at scale by leveraging technology and automation. Primary responsibilities include:
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to define and guide product planning and prioritization.
Recommend and launch product features and technical improvements that align to the functional and product roadmap.
Manage a broad group of key stakeholders and senior leaders by communicating progress and findings via product briefs, status updates, and demos.
Establish success metrics and ensure performance of products ensuring easy adoption and interoperability across all lines of business.
Who you are
5+ years of experience as an end-to-end B2B Product Manager - including discovery, planning, prioritization, stakeholder management, user testing, and measuring impact of launches.
You have experience partnering with engineering and science teams to build sophisticated Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software systems to solve customer and business problems.
Develop, socialize and obtain buy-in of data governance standards; train and advocate on data best practices.
Excellent decision-making skills and experience guiding prioritization; ability to make trade-off decisions to meet internal customer needs and internal technology constraints.
Proven track record of delivering quality work on time, leading cross-functional teams and knowledgeable in UX design, technology and data analysis.
Have experience working in an Agile development environment, working directly with internal and external technology analysts and developers.
Leverages expertise and shares best practices to grow and develop PMs within their team
