Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and talented professional for the following opportunity in Fresno, CA:

Senior Program Manager

Full-time, exempt

JOB SUMMARY

RHA is looking for a Senior Program Manager to work as part of our team administering PG&E's Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESAP). ESAP provides qualified customers with energy-savings home improvements and appliances at no cost to them. Residents receive energy upgrades to improve their health, comfort and safety in their home. Under the general oversight of the Director, you will oversee all aspects related to subcontractor performance in support of the Program. You will be accountable for the success of both field and administrative program operations by subcontractors. You will ensure that ESAP subcontractors perform according to contract requirements, customer service expectations, the annual budget and established timelines. You will manage the client relationship and support business development as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Five years managing programs or multiple projects of increasing responsibility
• Three years in management and supervision of diverse project teams and personnel
• Highly effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to transfer technical information and policy requirements into practical implementation strategies of programs
• Experience with government, utility, and construction organizations/programs for Energy programs preferred
• Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record and at least minimum automobile insurance coverage

Pay Range:

$85,000 - $95,000 DOE
