We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Project Management looking to:

• Manage product lifecycle from new product development through end-of life

What you will champion:

• Lead cross-functional teams through design inception to product launch and sustaining efforts, ensuring projects meet on-spec, on-time, and on-budget/ financial requirements
• Plan and execute product development through a stage gate process, delivering safe, high quality, reliable products through to market launch
• Work closely with partners to outline the goals and objectives of the project, set and communicate expectations to cross-functional team members and senior leadership to ensure business alignment and prioritization
• Establish execution plans and schedules to include identifying critical milestones, risks and resources needed throughout product development lifecycle
• Implement and maintain a robust, proactive risk & opportunity management plans
• Monitor all program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, schedule, and cost commitments
• Be an advocate on behalf of the business and customers in driving team and individual accountability, and timely resolution of conflicts and requirement trade-offs
• Dive into technical discussions to help minimize churn and ensure the program deliverables are timely, accurate, and high quality.

What you bring:

• 7 years of applicable experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study
• 3+ years of Project Management experience with demonstrated ability leading both electro-mechanical hardware and firmware developments efforts to support business and portfolio strategies
• Competency in project management strategies and methodologies, project performance evaluation and reporting, change and risk/opportunity management principles.
• Experience with product development for commercial high-volume applications, from concept to market launch
• Experience determining and managing project financials and budgets
• Skills and working knowledge of project management and collaboration software (Smartsheet, Asana, Slack, etc.)

We would love to see:

• Master's degree in a technical or business field of study
• Advanced competency levels in Communications, Risk & Opportunity, and Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies
• Proficient in applications of principles, concepts, practices, standards, and industry practices as they relate to the hardware and software development life cycles
• Experience with Systems Engineering and Requirements Management
• Experience with EVSE, 3-phase power systems, circuit protection devices, or software enabled hardware solutions
• Experience with NEC and safety certification standard compliance such as UL and IEC
