D.I.G. is a rapidly growing investment company serving Sandusky, Ohio and the surrounding areas. We are seeking a Junior Property Maintenance employee to join our team.
Duties will include:
Install Hardwood flooring
Install Tile Flooring
Turnover/ trash out of empty units
Painting- interior and exterior (lots of painting)
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Drywall Repair and installation
Basic plumbing and electrical repair
Basic vinyl siding and shingle repair is a plus!
Please be drug free, have a valid Ohio license with transportation, and your own basic tools. Please be available to be on call for one off emergency repairs as needed (paid via a generous bonus per call).
Salary: $12 to $15 an hour dependent upon experience with ample opportunity for growth, training and advancement.
