Spire is looking for a Senior Recruiter to work in the STL downtown location. The ideal candidate will enjoy providing great customer service while partnering with HR Business Partners, providing consultation to hiring managers and conducting full cycle recruiting to fill positions successfully. . A candidate must have the following to qualify
- Bachelor's degree in a Business-related area (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance) and/or HR Management and Development
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate or staffing industry recruiting required
- Experience sourcing with a variety of tools (ATS, LinkedIn, union halls, associations, etc.)
- Familiar working in a MS Office environment and navigating an Applicant Tracking System

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners across Spire Field Operations to understand workload planning and future-work staffing forecasts and hiring needs, as well as to learn team dynamics and job profiles.
- Seek out and utilize various sourcing techniques (internet searches, employee referrals, external advertisements, social media, career events, social & personal networking) to identify and engage top talent.
- Create and maintain a regular cadence of communication, both written and verbal, with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Manage full- cycle recruiting process while collaborating with managers on hiring decisions.
- Partner with Compensation to develop and deliver competitive offers
- Support the Lead and Manager, Talent Acquisition in developing and executing company-wide TA strategies that align with the organization strategies.
- Partner with the business partners and hiring managers to review and guide discussions around job descriptions, as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives to ensure adherence, validity and consistency to all legal compliance requirements in all recruiting and hiring processes
- Participate in process and tool reviews, and contribute solutions to ensure continuous improvement of the talent acquisition service delivery
- Travel to field locations and recruiting events, up to 20%

Required Education (certifications, licenses)
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field required
Required knowledge, skill and abilities
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate or staffing industry recruiting required
- Experience sourcing with a variety of tools (ATS, LinkedIn, union halls, associations, etc.)
- Proven success building strong partnerships with hiring leaders and HR support functions required, to include developing and executing impactful short-, mid-, and long-term sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems required; experience with SuccessFactors is a strong plus
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Strong understanding of OFCCP, Affirmative Action and EEO guidelines
Physical demands, environment and schedule
- Hybrid work arrangement available: 3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote
- Work is performed in a shared, open-office environment
- Requires work during nonstandard business hours with occasional travel
