The LFS Group is looking for a Part Time Senior Surgical Technologist to perform various tasks and duties to provide technical assistance and support to medical/surgical staff and personnel during surgical procedures.

This position is located at Northside Hospital. Northside Hospital is an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing. Schedule:

• 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with surgical procedures in an operating room.
• Gathers and organizes all surgical tools needed for a procedure, monitoring a patient’s vital signs throughout surgical procedures or assisting surgical teams by handing them tools and re-sterilizing the operating room post-surgery.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Technologist in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) through the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT).
• Two (2) years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• BLS
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
