• Translate the client’s business goals into effective, compelling digital experiences.
• Conduct extensive primary research to define the essence of users’ goals and needs.
• Produce a variety of UX and IA deliverables: personas, journey maps, user flow diagrams, wireframes, and basic prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing for new digital assets.
• Advocate for the end user (the client’s ultimate stakeholder) in web design decisions.
• Present solutions to clients and clearly articulate your design rationale.

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, IA, interaction design, or similar roles.
• Proven success with designing and executing user research and content strategies.
• Portfolio of knock-our-socks-off UX and IA deliverables.
• Excellence in communicating technical information to clients and others.
• Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness.
• Initiative, intellect, versatility, and tact.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in a relevant field.
