The Aikens Group and the Hilton Garden Inn are seeking an individual to become a part of an award-winning team. The chosen applicant will be awarded a full-time job with potential growth opportunities in the hotel industry.

We are looking for applicants to work as weekend Breakfast Server.

A breakfast server is responsible for providing personalized guest services, so the guest can relax and enjoy their breakfast. Ensuring that guest are greeted with a smile, a clean table, and a variety of quality prepared foods. They are a valuable asset to ensuring outstanding guest services and financial profitability.

The responsibilities

· Provides personalized guest services. Ensuring that guest are greeted with a smile, a clean table, and a variety of quality prepared foods.

· Maintains a clean, stocked, and properly organized pantry area

· Ensures tableware and buffet area is maintenance free and issues are reported immediately

Setting up events by specification and cleaning up afterward

Qualifications Include:

· The ability to start work at 5:30am in order to have everything ready for our guests

· The ability to work weekends and holidays; flexibility

· Great customer service experience

· Ability to present a professional demeanor, both in appearance and communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, while maintaining high quality guest services

· Must be able to be on one’s feet for an extended period of time

· Appreciates a clean kitchen and working area

· A good work ethic

· A positive attitude
