Job Description
We are looking for a full-time entry level service cashier. The ideal candidate is someone who’s hard working, has great communication and interpersonal skills, is dependable, and has a strong work ethic. The hourly pay rate is $14.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer phones promptly and in the order they are received.
- Greet customers as they enter the door in a pleasant and professional manner
- Prepare/write service repair orders
- Prepare/write parts tickets
- Cash out customer repair orders
- Order parts
- Schedule service appointments
- Prepare estimates for vehicle customizations, parts and repairs
- Send daily cash log to accounting
- Make bank deposits
- Files appropriate paperwork accordingly and prepares files for scanning daily
- Maintains accurate log of all customer transactions
- Collects all customer emails
- Keeps work area neat and clean
- Other duties may be assigned by management
Qualities
- Hardworking
- Time Management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
