Tasca Ford Dickson City has an immediate opening for a Service BDC Administrator to join our team. We are seeking a customer oriented individual who is well organized and a team player.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of the dealership
• All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
• Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to incoming phone calls to help customers with issues and set appointments.

- Work off of a call list provided to you to set appointments.

-Work with our advisor team and service manager to provide accurate information regarding their vehicles.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
