We are looking for an experienced Service Estimator to join our team focused on our work with customer service repairs. This role will be responsible for working with our Service Sales and Projects teams on building proposals for Commercial/Industrial Overhead & Pedestrian Doors and Loading Dock Equipment. The successful candidate for this role will have critical thinking skills, is highly detail oriented, and has the ability to manage multiple quotes for various customers. A plus if the candidate possesses a basic knowledge and understanding of building estimates, either in the Overhead & Pedestrian Door and Loading Dock Equipment business or related trades. The candidate will report to the Service Estimating Manager.

Role Responsibilities

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform administrative tasks in the Service Estimating Department.
• Prepare opportunities in Netsuite and Google Drive (eg: creating and populating Schedule of Values and Word documents.
• Ensure all RFQ documentation and photos associated with Scope of Work have been added to the drive.
• Promptly respond to incoming emails for all new RFQ from service, service visits, sales reps and customers.
• Assist with follow-ups.
• Communicating with service team, customers, vendors and estimating team regarding products, business and proposals.
• Assist with resolution of customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Create and send out Estimates to customers.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
