Volt is immediately hiring a Service Manager, Factory Automation in Robotics in Plainfield Indiana.
As a Manager for the Service of Factory Robotics you will:
- Will Manage and gather/analyze post-launch data for product improvement
- Technical understanding of best practices for robotics and manufacturing
- Help automation development technicians for custom application program builds
- Improve Service Support program for all repair and maintenance of manufacturing robotics
- Have experience developing technical support programs from initial requirements, implementation and maintenance
- Oversee development and implementation of service, support and warranty programs
This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience leading a service organization
- Preferred experience with Robotics, however industrial background will also be accepted
- Experience starting a maintenance program for continued service support
- Tactical and Business minded leadership
- Understanding of technical maintenance and ability to communicate with development teams, technicians and designers.
Salary: $103,000 - $129,000 per year
- Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
