Culligan of Rice Lake, a Culligan franchise, is seeking to hire an individual with a great attitude and work ethic due to growth.

This is an entry-level job with our company. Primary responsibilities will be field service work and maintenance. This includes troubleshooting and fixing water treatment equipment at customer locations. Regular maintenance like filter changes and deliveries. There is some shop work as well as covering an occasional route. There is much opportunity for career growth. You get what you earn at our company. The more you want to put in the more you get out.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

As a Service Technician, you will service and maintain Culligan equipment, perform all diagnostics and analysis to trouble-shoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Follow service protocols for various processes in maintaining equipment. Cleaning of the facility and equipment for optimum use. Provide great customer service when in the field either performing service or on route.

• Require a High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Drivers License
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Validated ability to perform basic shop repairs and water testing.
• Must wear safety equipment as required, most tasks require some physical exertion.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Great customer service skills.
• A willingness to learn and accept new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
