Service Unit Field Representative
Job description
REPORTS TO:Service Unit Director
- Must establish and maintain dedicated office at home or assigned area.
- Must have a respect, understanding, and appreciation for the mission of The Salvation Army.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of business management, social welfare program development, fund raising, public relations, and personnel supervision.
- Have the ability to recruit, train, motivate, instruct, and evaluate a volunteer work staff.
- Combination of work experience and post-secondary education is preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently within Ohio and Kentucky.
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record and the ability to safely, operate a motor vehicle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
