Service Writer/Customer Service
Job Duties:
-Review current client base to identify accounts in need of updates
-Work with the service team to identify legacy accounts in need of review
-Take leads from the service team for existing customers and work with the customers to present new solutions and equipment
-Present new products and services to both existing and prospective clients
-Negotiate agreements
-Keep accurate records of sales and data
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Alarm, Access Control and CCTV Intrusion systems
- Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office
-Familiarity of ticketing systems and CRM
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Strong presentation abilities
-Ability to build customer service relationships with new and existing clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
