Responsibilities:
Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Administrator will perform configuration, integration, custom programming and other hands-on technical activities in relation to the implementation of ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Administrator will gather requirements from the ServiceNow user base in order to build and deliver functional and easy to use system improvements.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals certification
- Three (3) years of experience in a related role
- Three (3) years of experience in using an enterprise ticketing solution
- Three (3) years of experience performing data modeling, data transformation and data flows on a wide variety of data types
- Three (3) years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request a Service Catalog
- Three (3) years of experience developing and writing technical documents
- Three (3) years of experience communicating with vendors and various internal teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Understanding of regional databases such as MYSQL and SQL
- Experience in API integrations with other system
