NewcrestImage is hiring a Shared Services Specialist for one of our amazing hotels within our portfolio of over 30 properties.
NewcrestImage is a premier company in the hospitality space that designs, builds and operates state-of-the-art hotels for the most renowned brands in the industry. We are a trendsetting company that is acutely focused on culture and that strives to “genuinely care for people so their lives are enriched.” We are currently looking for a Shared Services Specialist for our portfolio of hotels.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of hourly associates.
- Post and assist in screening for salaried roles in area as directed.
- Facilitate and attend job fairs as needed.
- On-boarding and off-boarding of hourly and introductory operations roles.
- Manage temporary labor, reporting spend, and driving decrease in utilization.
- Assist in the processing of payroll for all local properties.
- Complete MPR’s daily and weekly.
- People & Culture and benefits liaison for field including FMLA and disability process oversight.
- Inventory management and purchasing agent for all assigned locations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- 5 years of Hospitality experience
