Hard Truth Distilling Co. is the largest destination craft distillery in Indiana, set on a 325-acre, wooded campus featuring the Hard Truth distillery and rackhouse, a large restaurant, a tours and tastings center, and an expansive terraced outdoor recreational area with a stage, yard games, and more. Throughout the year, guests can enjoy walking and ATV tours, leisurely strolls around the pond, hearty meals, fantastic craft beer and spirits, live music, special events, and festivals.
Hard Truth restaurant is looking to hire a Shift Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively assist in managing and leading the staff throughout the shift. Assisting in monitoring, training, and developing employees. Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members.
- Assist the management team in ordering, rotating, and monitoring product. Assist in minimizing wasted product.
- Maintain and enforce cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and in the dining area.
- Assist the employees with customer service, support, working as a team player, and assisting in the workflow of the dining area.
- Other tasks and duties when needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Ability to delegate, train, and develop a People First Culture.
- Able to lift minimum of 40 lbs. Ability to stand, kneel, squat, lift and walk the location through out your shift.
