- A shift leader is responsible for making sure that the gym is being conducted efficiently. In order to do this, it is important that all other employees are staying busy and that you are helping with the cleanliness of the facility.
- Also knowing how to run the front desk, how all departments in the gym are conducted as with attending to customers' needs.
- You will acquire the ability to make sales calls on inquiries of our different membership options, the ability to tour potential customers at our Fitness 19 location and knowledge of the presentation of Fitness 19's premiere packages.
Requirements:
- Sales experience is much preferred and/or experience in the health industry is a plus. Verbal communication is a strong point, as with computer experience.
- Bilingual skills is a plus that should be noted as well.
