About the Role
How you will contribute
- Answers routine and non-routine inquiries and performs duties involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of material levels and customer needs and demands.
- Update trailer report and Team Board.
- Complete problem resolution report- carrier claims, no ASN’s, vendor discrepancies.
- Ensures all inbound and outbound transportation windows are met; escalates issues as required
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Key Qualifications
- High school diploma; some college is preferred.
- Experience working in an automotive or logistics environment.
- Proficiency on computers and Microsoft Office products.
- Data analysis.
