The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties.

• Ensure execution of facility and equipment inspections including:
• Perform food safety inspections of all types including:
• Perform cycle count inventory as needed to maintain high percentage of inventory accuracy to include:
• Perform daily business plan crew meetings to include:
• Attend daily meetings with Procurement, Harvest, and Transportation to include:
• Review employee work to ensure proper execution in a "Timely Manner" to include:
• Review minute to minute operations and optimize work tasks for general efficiency to include:
• Review crew conduct for further training or disciplinary actions to include:
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors through all seasons and weather types including wind and rain, indoors under refrigerated conditions to 32F, wet, dusty, and noisy conditions
• Posses ability to seat and unseat self to office chairs repeatedly throughout work shift
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces throughout facility complex as required
• Ability to climb several stairs to access office or dock apron areas
• Ability to work day, swing, or night shifts within a 7-day work week schedule.
• Full time positions are expected to travel throughout the year with the company's operations in California and Arizona.
• Literacy required, English required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in personnel Supervision
• 2-3 years experience in Produce Cooler operations
• High School diploma / GED
• Proficient in Word / Excel computer skills
• A balance of creative and analytical skills
• Highly motivated and able to deal with a multi-task, fast changing environment
• Team oriented with good people and customer skills
• Willing to travel and work nights and weekends

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per month
