We are seeking a Shop Foreman to become an integral part of our team! Submit your resume now for a quick response. Applicants will be required to take a weld and fit test.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Stainless and/or aluminum skills would be a plus - not required
• Punctuality is a must
• Attention to detail
• Fast paced environment
• Heavy supervision over staff

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Management Experience 2 required
• Computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Organization is a must

*Please allow up to two hours for all interviews and weld tests. We usually do a half hour interview, then allow for up to 1.5 hours for the weld test. (Though not every candidate will need the full amount of time)

For your reference the weld test is flux core .045 dual shield wire, 3g and 4g.

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
