Showroom Receptionist – Loveland Showroom

Wage Range: $17/hr. - $20/hr.

Our team works together to provide excellent customer service both externally and internally. We are looking for organized, detail orientated problem solvers who desire continuous learning and improvement.

The Showroom Receptionist is responsible for receiving and directing visitors, vendors, clients, and customers to appropriate locations and meetings. Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person. Act as Tharp Cabinet Showroom host and care taker. Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. This role includes walking potential customers through the showroom highlighting Tharp Cabinets and offerings. Work with Tharp’s CRM and MRP systems. Potential expansion of duties with proven success in role.

Job Description and Essential Functions:

• Outgoing Customer Service Attitude.
• Learn Tharp Cabinets and Offerings to effectively walk customer through Showroom.
• Learn Tharp Cabinets construction and issues to be able to help with customer questions.
• Be frontline Showroom customer support for incoming walk-ins, phone calls, showroom admin support.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Process work in a timely, quality focused manner.

Execute Showroom management, scheduling and sample process flawlessly.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Learn Tharp Cabinets construction and issues to be able to help with customer questions.
• Be frontline Showroom customer support for incoming walk-ins, phone calls, showroom admin support.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Process work in a timely, quality focused manner.
• Execute Showroom management, scheduling and sample process flawlessly.
• Reliable transportation.
