Job description
Drives Shuttle bus to and from various locations and assures safe, convenient, courteous, expeditious transportation for all guests. Assist with guest carry on and interacts with guests to answer any questions and or concerns.
- Must drive safely within posted speed limits and adhere to all driving laws and regulations at all times
- Maintain effective communication with management to ensure high operational performance
- Use two-way radio to interact with customers and employees while driving shuttle bus
- Rise from the shuttle seat, greet every customer and offer to lift and carry bags onto the shuttle for storage while transporting customers to and from location
- Report accidents, problems and other required shuttle bus information (both mechanical and cosmetic) to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly working environment at all times.
- Keep the shuttle bus secure and follow all safety procedures
- Be alert and observant of any activity authorized and unauthorized
- Assist guests with any request
- Be flexible with work shifts/hours, including overtime.
- Follow all company work rules and procedures as set forth in the Operations Manual and through management's instructions.
- Ability to answer any questions regarding the property and local areas.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Clean driving record (no moving violations) for past three years
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
CDL license required
Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
Prolonged sitting (up to five (5) hours uninterrupted)
Possesses excellent customer service skills
Must be able to provide courteous and timely service to customers
Displays a high energy level & positive attitude
Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and management
Knowledge of proper lifting techniques
