Job description

J-Tech Construction is looking to hire on a Siding Production Manager to coordinate Crew Leaders, supplies, sub contractors, repairs, and satisfactory completion of jobs.

Duties:
-Manage sub contracting crews by assigning work and ensuring they are completing the jobs according to J-Tech standards
-Working with office Scheduler to assure satisfactory communication with customer regarding scheduling of siding trades and progress of current jobs
-Working with office staff to ensure all required paperwork is up to date and in order for each subcontractor
-Ordering supplies for vinyl, steel and James Hardie siding
-Assist with hiring for in house crew members
-Sign off on all subcontractor's invoices after double checking accuracy
-Helping to coordinate delivery of supplies as well as returns upon completion of jobs

Requirements:

-Must have experience in vinyl, steel and cement siding
-Must have adequate management experience
-Must be able to communicate effectively with office staff and crews
-Must be tech savvy as we do use a CRM (Acculynx) to communicate with crews, upload completion photos of jobs, etc.
-Must have valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Siding Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nebraska Drivers License (Required)
