The Nutrition Site Supervisor oversees the preparation and delivery of Meals on Wheels and other older adult nutrition services. SeniorsPlus has an immediate opening for a full time, 40 hours/week Nutrition Site Supervisor working in our Lewiston kitchen facility.

The position is Monday thru Friday with no nights or weekends. Thirteen paid holidays and generous Earned Benefit Time in additional to health, dental, 403 B, and short term disability round out our benefits package.

This individual will supervise, manage and participate in the production of daily meals and delivery for both congregate dining and home delivered meals program in Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervision to all Lewiston delivery staff/volunteers
• Initial assessments for program eligibility
• Documentation and reporting
• Developing and producing monthly menus
• Provide training to nutrition production staff, delivery associates and volunteers

All of this is accomplished through a team based approach.

Qualifications include:

• Culinary Arts degree plus 3 years’ experience in a food service management role or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years’ experience in employee supervision is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft office and database software also required
