Premier Recovery is a leader in the repossession industry and our success has been built on providing exceptional service to our clients, many of whom are some of the largest lenders in the United States. By utilizing the latest technology and investing in the development of our people, Premier has continued to grow since its inception in 2009. We currently operate out of three states (NC,SC,Va) with 27 locations within. Due to this much-welcomed growth, Premier is now hiring full-time Case Managers.

The Case Manager is a pivotal role in providing excellent service while developing and maintaining the company's relationships with our clients so that they will continue us for their business. Case Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of a particular client's accounts. The Case Manager is the voice of the company and is responsible for being professional and building relationships with both our personnel and our clients. In the role of Case Manager, you will be the point of contact for our clients and our agents, providing client support, upselling, technical assistance, investigative work, and general relationship management. We are looking for positive people with strong people skills, good communicators, results-oriented, and have good business judgment to join our team.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma with a continuous record of learning

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Proven ability and experience to communicate effectively on the phone.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to act in a discreet manner.
  • Prior experience in the Banking industry, Auto industry, Finance collections, and or Collateral recovery is a plus

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
*Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug-free
*Fast and accurate data entry and data processing skills
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Clean, presentable appearance
*Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
*Spanish is a plus but not required.
*Meet the attendance schedule 8:30 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday
