Job description

The Team Member will work directly with Guests, providing courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while enforcing Sky Zone safety standards. The specialized areas the Team Member could work in any of the following positions: Cashier, Court Monitor, and/or Events.

General Tasks and Duties

• Deliver WoW Guest experiences
• Accurate cash handling and till management
• Greet and assist Guests
• Advocate Guest satisfaction and WoW!
• Ensure that all jumpers have a valid waiver, proper footwear, and are aware of the risks included with jumping
• Explain Sky Zone court policies
• Explain and promote add-on opportunities and sales initiatives
• Handle concession orders
• Stock inventory
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Advocate risk management
• Report and assist in handling injuries
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons, but be firm and command respect
• Have full knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in implementing them
• Clean bathrooms and other custodial duties as scheduled, or requested
• Attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and in-service meetings/training sessions
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
