Job description

We are looking for someone to help inventory, purchasing, warehouse and operations of 8 local smoke shops.

Our locations are spread out across central and west El Paso to fulfill our communities smoking needs.

Main duties will include:

• Researching trends, laws, suppliers, markets and potential new products.
• Ensuring all shops are stocked with everything comprising our inventory. Which entails: Placing buy orders, verifying invoices, processing payments, and tracking the status of shipments.
• Inventory management: Inputting products into POS, printing labels for products, oversee the processing of incoming shipments, ensure the warehouse is kept neat, cleaned, and organized.
• Negotiate appropriate pricing for current and new items.
• Improve the processes of the job.
• Performing visits of the locations to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Constant communication with teammates to ensure their needs are met.
• Provide creative input.

Abilities:

• Computer proficient.
• Absorbing a lot of information and constant learning.
• Good clear communication.
• Ambition.
• Lift and carry 40 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
