Social Media Manager We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and manage our presence across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging and effective social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media calendar that aligns with brand guidelines and goals.
• Gather and create compelling content that will engage and inform our audience.
• Build strong relationships with staff across multiple facilities to identify and gather content opportunities.
• Produce high-quality video content for Reels, TikToks, and other platforms as needed.
• Analyze and report on the performance of social media content, using data to inform future strategy.
• Schedule and publish content using both Hootsuite and native platforms.
• Respond promptly and effectively to comments, messages, and other user engagement.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers who can help amplify our brand and message

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knowledge of AP style preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
• Comprehensive knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Hootsuite.
• A self-starter who can take initiative and enterprise content opportunities.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or public relations is preferred.
• Knowledge of the behavioral health and substance use industry is an asset.
• Experience managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
