Creative Virtual Assistant (Graphic Design / Social Media Knowledge Required)

Job description

The Creative Assistant will apply expertise in visual design, design principles, and industry best practices to aide in marketing campaigns, training, and video production. Must be focused on increasing brand recognition, consistency, and accuracy, while collaborating across teams, and clearly communicating vision and purpose.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital content, including site updates, landing pages, emails, and banner ads

• Email marketing

• Social Media Management / Content Creation

• Assist on several jobs simultaneously in an organized manner, and work quickly and efficiently to deliver established deadlines.

• Maintain style guide for consistency in branding across all marketing channels (online and offline).

• Graphic Design - assist with product mock-ups, social media posts, email blast, flyers, and editing. Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and video editing preferred but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years experience in similar roles

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to handle multiple requests on deadline

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Strong eagerness to learn and grow from within the organization

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
