Job Description:
SiMa.ai is looking for a Software Product Marketing Manager to lead our software product management and marketing activities. This position reports to the VP of Product Management.In this new role, primary responsibilities are to manage our software strategy, messaging, promotional game plan, partnerships, and provide market insights for our go-to-market plan. This role will also collaborate with our engineering and product planning teams to define a world class suite of SDK software tools based on customers’ and partners’ feedback.

Areas of focus and key responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Define go-to-market strategy for software product launches and provide guidance and coordination with marketing, marcom, public relations, and sales.
• Create marketing content to communicate clear software value propositions for blog posts, webinars, tutorials, technical content, presentations, etc.
• Develop ecosystem software strategy and understand software partnership landscape to address the needs for key market segments with strategic software partners.
• Drive and manage day-to-day software partnership activities and be the main point person.
• Attract and establish meaningful partnerships to achieve roadmap alignment.
• Contribute to help meet targeted future design in/win revenue goals.
• Develop software pricing strategy.
• Provide insight for different market segments and channels to help with product definition.

Required Background

• 3+ years of ML software product management experience
• Strong working knowledge of the AI/ML market, landscape, and trends
• Solid understanding of SDKs & APIs along with working knowledge of DL frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Proven track record for driving software strategies and partnership engagements
• Proven ability to make creative, effective, reliable, analytical, and tough decisions
• Understanding of embedded processing and computer vision is desirable
• Ability to travel ~20% domestically and internationally

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science /Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience
• AI, Machine Learning experience
