Travelnet Solutions is looking for Senior Solutions Consultant who creates, identifies, and closes sales within the US or a set of unit range. This person will acquire enterprise and mid-market customers and drive revenue within the TRACK Hospitality Software division. A successful Solutions Consultant is a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time.
TRACK is the industry’s leading cloud-based PMS for Vacation Rentals. We only hire professionals who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operating, selling, and/or servicing short-term rental customers for sales and/or service. Your relevant experience is paramount to being considered. Candidates should possess a high level of professionalism, persistence, focus, and ability to execute while selling or serving our customers. Candidates should also have experience running enterprise sales cycles.
We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players - hungry, nimble and intelligent - with the ability and willingness to close a mix of complex enterprise and more transactional deals.

- Discover, develop, and manage business relationships with targeted prospects to help solve problems and sell our TravelNet hub of solutions.
- Apply industry experience and understanding of hotels, resorts and property management customers’ needs to effectively understand the best solutions to recommend.

Do these responsibilities describe what you like doing?
- Uncover problems and pain points through effective questioning and rapport building, while understanding their business strategy.
- Excellent rapport building at the “C” level via face-to-face, phone, email, text, events and social media.
- Present our products and services to qualified prospects via face to face and over the phone.
- Develop, update and effectively manage a quality pipeline of prospects.
- Responsible for full sales cycle from proactively generating a lead to closing.
- Engage in cross-department communication and relationships with key product and customer success managers.
- Manage the customer relationship after the sale and ensure smooth transition through implementation, to ongoing support.
- Consistently update the CRM based on company expectations and best practices
- Grow current marketplace customers and expand existing business solutions and software customers into new products and services.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
What are some must-haves?
- 3+ Years of Sales Experience.
- Solution selling / consulting experience is a plus.
- You like to travel. 25% to 50% travel is typical per month.
