Grow your career a Solutions Consultant with Trisept Solutions®, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will help meet the objectives and goals of our travel partners through the development of new products, technology solution requests or process improvement initiatives. The Solutions Consultant will work with stakeholders including external and internal clients, tour operators, end users, and internal and external executives on a variety of business and project initiatives to ensure Trisept’s travel technology is innovative and cutting edge in the industry.

A successful Solutions Consultant will:

• Work closely with Trisept Clients to understand their vacation program business and operational needs, and guide them through recommended Synapse functions to achieve a desired outcome
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Trisept’s Synapse platform and the travel technology landscape in general
• Apply a variety of analysis methods, elicitation and facilitation activities, and data analysis and modeling to garner and compose project features for client
• Confidently present concepts and solutions verbally in front of a group
• Offer alternative solutions to project scope.
• Align with customer support, development, and product teams in order to troubleshoot customer issues.

A successful Solutions Consultant will have:

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and 3+ years related experience in solutions consulting, business analysis, product management or product ownership (or applicable work experience); or 5+ years related experience in solutions consulting, business analysis, product management or product ownership (or applicable work experience). Experience facilitating a wide variety of projects from inception through completion, and 1+ years related experience in the Travel Industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and product management/product ownership concepts. Application of concepts to project work.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes.
• Ability to use processes for providing customer service. This includes client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of client satisfaction.
• Works within the context of client engagement and software development lifecycle.
• Ensure and support “End-to-End” customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational, planning, facilitation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to solve problems under time constraints.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize several project initiatives
