Our restaurant is a fun and exciting "place to be"since opening our doors over a year ago north of Seattle. This is a reasonable commute for those living in Seattle as well north up towards Everett all the way to east side.

Position Reports to: Chef De Cuisine

The model candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for all thing's food and beer. Has an ability to positively lead others while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Able to provide guidance and support for their team, is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Back of House and collaborates and communicates with Front of House team to assist in creating lasting positive impressions for a growing and dedicated customer base.

Skills:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in full service, high volume restaurants.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
• Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
