Overview:
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a Specification Coordinator. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a long-lasting, positive impact on Lutron's commercial business, directly contributing to its growth and success.
Responsibilities:
What you're going to do:
- You will be a key part of Lutron's Commercial Projects and Service team where you will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of jobs across mutliple industries
- Utilize your strong organizational and coordination skills, ensuring that Lutron's commercial projects are successful from opportunity to estimate to project hand-off
- Leverage your excellent communication skills to work closely with our outside sales teams, customers, and channel partners to acquire the necessary information to win the opportunity
- Hone your technical acumen and strong attention to detail to accurately create detailed specification deliverables for commercial and residential lighting / window shades projects

- You will have a direct impact on the growth and success of Lutron's commercial business by partipcating in the specification of Lutron commercial and residential projects with outside sales, channel partners and customers
- You will uphold our position as the industry leader with your impressive communication, product knowledge and problem-solving skills
How you know you're qualified:
- You have prior customer-facing experience
- You are adaptable, resilient and always up for a challenge
- You have a 2 or 4 year degree
- You have prior technical experience and/or technical education
- Prior experience working with construction documentation and AutoCAD software suite is a plus
