Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is a Medicare-certified, 4.5 Star Rating agency that is seeking an experienced Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist for South King County (we are also hiring a full-time SLP in Pierce County)! What do we require of you?

• Must have a master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology
• Possess a Washington state license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology
• Possesses and maintains current CPR/BLS certification from AHA

Essential job duties

• Assess and identify functional speech defects
• Provide physician-ordered treatment to patients in their home
• Develop and contribute to the patient Plan of Care
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to provide life-changing services
• Participate in interdisciplinary and in-service meetings
