Job description
GeBBS Consulting, a leader in Healthcare Technology solutions, has an immediate opening for a Sponsorship Fulfillment Program Coordinator to support a major healthcare partner in a hybrid capacity with some work performed remotely and on-site attendance at important meetings and events.
Position Description:
The Sponsorship Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the fulfillment of partner and sponsor contractual deliverables in support of key business initiatives that advance health equity, address the social determinants of health, and reduce total cost of care, especially those that position the organization as an indispensable, influential partner in the region. This position reports to the Community Health and Social Impact Director for the National Capital Area.
What You’ll Get to Do:
· Coordinate short and long-term planning and management for events (sponsored and company events).
· Represent the company on all activities leading up to, during and after community events, company-led convenings, celebrations and galas.
· Leverage internal business partners on invitations, ads, event branding and facilitates employee participation to optimize community engagement and impact.
· Manage and track invites for events.
· Assist in the development of talking points, logistics, etc.
· Gather feedback and data after event (push sponsorship/event surveys).
· Maximize participation for key stakeholders.
· Engage social media and other corporate image related platforms.
· Manage execution of sponsorship and partnership activations with emphasis on delivering a return on business objectives.
· Effectively communicate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of contractual elements of event and corporate sponsorships as well as year-long partnerships.
· Proactively seek out processes and platforms to improve the management of sponsorship fulfillment.
· Collaborate with staff to create innovative new sponsorship opportunities and benefits based on observation, feedback, and knowledge of partner/sponsor business objectives.
· Manage a range of sponsorship tools (MS Office, Blackbaud, Cvent/all applicable platforms).
· Ensure seamless onsite execution of sponsor deliverables; manage vendor relationships and promotional items shipments.
· Submit timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual qualitative and quantitative reports on sponsorships as requested.
You’ll Bring these Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar capacity.
· Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or related discipline.
· Ability to identify potential sponsors that align with the organization’s mission and priorities.
· Demonstrated success in planning, project management/coordination and meeting deadlines.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to negotiate and close sponsorship agreements that are mutually beneficial to the organization, as the sponsor and the organization.
· Strong event planning skillset, pre and post event.
· Sponsorships, Vendors, & Contracts experience.
