To be a successful team member you should:

• Have café or similar food service experience. Coffee experience is strongly preferred.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment while always maintaining a customer first outlook.
• Be open to work a flexible schedule that could included early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
