The Budd Group is currently looking for a Sr Facility Operations manager over our Janitorial Services in Hall County, GA!

This person should have strong business to business service experience in the custodial services or facilities services industry. They need to lead with a servants heart, be upfront and honest, and have a customer service focus. They need to have a long term creative vision for improvement and make it a reality. They will also be responsible for customer satisfaction & retention, profitability, and growing & developing 4-5 other managers reporting to them.

Location: Hall County, GA - Office location will be in Gainsville, GA Job Functions: • Customer Service and Operations - Manage the efforts of branch employees in providing a high level of customer service, including management of customer service issues, customer dialogue, and telephone customer service, as well as training • People Management – Manage and maintain accurate record of employee performance and other human resource functions as directed, such as attendance records, etc. Proven experience managing other managers and growing and developing leaders under you. • Sales and Marketing/Financial Performance - Developing, planning and actively participates in branch sales and marketing efforts to increase and improve business. What We're Looking For: • 5 + years’ experience in management capacity in the business-to-business service industry • 2+ years experience managing 1st level managers.

• Organized and able to effectively manage time while working on multiple engagements in a high-pace environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proven track record demonstrated by growth in terms of increased job responsibilities. • Knowledge of P&L management to include revenue oversight and SG&A oversight. • Thorough knowledge of business to business service industry and components of delivery sales and service in a “commodity” type environment.
• Bachelors Degree minimum • A driver’s license is required.
