Job Description

DUTIES:

Evaluate business requirements in order to recommend scalable solutions that not only align with requirements but align with the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.

Review and document business functional and nonfunctional requirements and propose scalable and extensible solution architectures that meet those requirements in the form of detailed specifications. Identify possible project challenges on constraints including risks, time, resources and scope.

Lead and conduct technical assessments and evaluations of 3rd-party tools and products and provide recommendation of selection to business and IT stakeholders.

Assess current state functions and make recommendations for future automation roadmap.

Continually review and identify opportunities where technology solutions can drive customer experience and process improvements.

Understand the application of automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for improving customer experiences, processes and data quality.

Partner with our Digital Engineering and other IT teams to identify, prioritize and deliver solutions to support our roadmap.

Conduct technical proofs of concept and participate in the design and development of software solutions that enable progress for development teams.

Help ensure delivery success by providing guidance, mentorship and technical expertise to development teams across multiple projects.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 10 years of IT or related occupations/experience.

Must have experience or knowledge of:

AWS;

REST/SOAP;

Open API;

GraphQL;

UiPath;

Postgres;

Power BI; and

Python, Java/J2EE, HTML.

TRAVEL: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 10% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely.
