Job description
A Remote Senior Designer/ Checker job is currently available through Belcan's. This is a full-time direct job with benefits. To be considered, you will need an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting/Design or similar and 5+ years of industry experience. You will produce drawings for various assemblies and mechanical components such as gearboxes, pumps, starters, generators, housings for the aerospace industry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Create, change and check NX, CREO and CCDraft drawings & models
- Create program status reports for drawing release Maintain program status of outsourced work in support of program management status meetings
- Write, review, and implement changes to engineering drawings
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of design / product definition experience
- Experience with design of housings and castings strongly desired
- Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Design, Product Definition, or similar
- Proficiency with a 3D CAD Software preferably Siemens NX
- Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required
