ABOUT THE POSITION

The Senior CRO Specialist supports the overall ecommerce business objectives for the Columbia websites in the US and Canada. This person is responsible for execution of A/B/n testing, targeted experiences, and other site optimizations to drive incremental conversion and revenue per visit. The individual will perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses, providing rich insights and recommendations to elevate the business strategy and consumer experience online. This person will assist with project management, vendor relationship management, and communication with key stakeholders, exhibiting a high degree of bias for action, accuracy, and independent decision-making in their day-to-day work.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Responsible for day-to-day set up and execution of advanced A/B/n testing, targeting, and other optimization activities for US and Canada sites. Works largely within third party tools.

  • Troubleshoot any setup issues and escalate support needs with relevant teams. Project manage to expedite resolution, support communications, and alternative experience solutioning as needed to meet business objectives.

  • Responsible for weekly and ad hoc quantitative and qualitative data analyses for Columbia sites. Perform regular competitive analyses for site experiences and generate ideas for improving engagement, revenue, and repeat visitors.

  • Analyze performance of CRO activities and new site features, highlighting actionable insights and recommendations for future optimizations. Measure efficacy of third-party tools and support Manager in communications with vendors and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Consumer Experience team on usability testing, experience opportunity audits, and customer feedback review.

  • Update site optimization calendars and assist with cross-functional communications and planning where appropriate.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

YOU ARE

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

  • Great at having an eye for detail with a strong sense of urgency.

  • An excellent communicator with skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate tasks/projects with key stakeholders across the company.

YOU HAVE

  • Strong knowledge of web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

  • Strong experience working with A/B testing platform Monetate or other website testing software (Optimizely, Adobe Target, KIBO, Dynamic Yield, etc.).

  • Web analysis experience and bias towards action-oriented recommendations based on statistical modeling.

  • Experience evaluating testing experiences and using run-time calculations, confidence intervals, binomial and continuous statistical measurements.

  • Strong experience working with product recommendation tools is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of JIRA or other issue tracking and project management software experience.

  • Strong Adobe Experience Manager or other digital content management system experience.

  • Strong experience with Full Story or similar behavioral analytics tool.

  • Experience in a B2C, Omni-channel Retail environment is preferred.

  • Must be an online shopper familiar with best practices in eCommerce experience.

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate tasks/projects with key stakeholders across the company.

  • Highly proficient with technical tools and systems and all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Apparel category experience a plus!
