JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- Have largely open availability
- Provides the opportunity for regular overtime
- Respond to the Branch Office or designee within a reasonable time frame when contacted for support requests.
- Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal), visitors, contractors and management.
- Have transportation to get to a variety of job sites across DFW
- Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal) visitors, contractors and management.
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- A valid Driver's License
- able to maintain a valid security license through the state of Texas
- At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- 1 year of relatable experience such as security, military, corrections, etc.
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
