We are looking for a friendly and responsible individual who will be joining a team of Office Staff Accountants. The successful candidate will be working directly with the accounting department, must have a background in financial calculations and will play a vital role in ensuring that all invoices are sent on time and in compliance with the company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements.
• Perform general accounting duties.
• Work in a small office setting.
• Respond to customers' requests in a timely manner.
• Must have experience with: QBO, QB Desktop, and Microsoft Teams.
• Tax Preparation is an option, but not a requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $49,833.00 - $53,236.00 per year
