Primary Purpose of Position: The primary purpose of this role is and is not limited to, assisting the Staff Care Director with administrative and project experience in regards to supporting the goals of the People Operations and Staff Care team.

  • Willing to become a member of TC and submit to the direction of the Pastors and Lead Staff

Hand (Expectations + Duties):


  • Provide Administrative Support, including data entry where required
  • General project management as needed
  • Collaborate cross divisionally and cross departmentally
  • Leadership capability to receive, cast and translate vision in a clear and concise way
  • Ability to communicate and connect with different types of leaders and speak the vision and culture with passion and clarity
  • Assist in creating strategies, systems, and standard operating procedures for projects within the Staff Care Department
  • Assist in overseeing and project managing any Staff Care Department special events and initiatives
  • Aid in preparation for meetings through the production of documents, handouts, reports, meals, and reminders as requested by the Staff Care Director
  • Manage and communicate the importance of budget and stewardship of finances
  • Calendar management
  • All other duties as assigned

Head: (Knowledge + Training):


  • 2 Years of Administrative Experience PREFERRED
  • 2 Years of Ministry Experience PREFERRED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional tact and discretion with confidential information
  • Comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people, including public speaking
  • Adept in exercising discretion and setting priorities
  • Ability to act resourcefully or innovatively, especially in difficult situations
  • Ability to resolve conict in a direct and calming manner
  • Flexibility and adaptability to sudden changes and new initiatives
  • Ability to work as a high-capacity executor, working systematically while managing multiple tasks
  • Self starter and ability to work under pressure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and goals while managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
