Position: Staff Educator
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Job Summary:
To coordinate a comprehensive nursing education program that supports the development of clinical knowledge and strengthens clinical practice among nursing staff throughout Long Term Care and Transitional & Specialty Care Rehabilitation Services. Responsibilities include mentoring Eldercare Specialists and working with a wide variety of health care providers to promote quality patient care, communicate technological advancements and research findings to staff, and to develop skills that promote innovation and excellence in nursing practice.
